Treatment of Charcot disease ?
Is a hereditary sensory and motor neuron disease , it cause periphral nerve damage mostly in the lower and upper limbs , and there is no specific treatment for it and the treatment just to relief the symptoms , so you can do physical therapy and and use orthopedic devices, and surgery to correct the foot deformity which may help alleviate pain and improve your ability to walk
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and Clinical examination and EMG and neve biopsy , and genetic study
