I used to have a blood pressure of about 150/90 ...
I used to have a blood pressure of about 150/90 and I was on 5 mg nebivolol daily for more than 2.5 years (since Feb 2019). My blood pressure became 130/80. Recently, I noticed that my pressure can get as low as 110/60. I fainted yesterday during my prayers. Other symptoms are sleepiness, urticaria, and gastric disturbance.

Our Advice :
you should visit the cardiologist to review the drug mentioed which is Nebivolol , as with the appearance of th side effects the doctor may reduce the dose or change to another drug , and we advice to take a good nutrition and drink alot of water and take adequate rest , and for urticaria you can take Loratadine 10mg once daily and for gastric disturbance you can take omeprazole 40mg once daily
Invistigation :
Doing CBC to detect anemia and infection , and monitor Blood pressure 2 time daily for one week , and doing ECG and Echo. for heart , and mesure the level of electrolytes
