What should you do ?
you should visit the endocrinologist to do further examination , and from your test result , the problem is Hypothyroidism and the high level of anti thyroid peroxidase enzyme result from autoimmune disordrer mostly hashimoto thyroiditis so you can use thyroxine hormone like L-troxine , and you can use corticosteroids as recommended
Diagnosis :
By taking full medical history and clinical examination , and doing CBC and thyroid function test , and Ultrasound in thyroid
symptoms of hypothyrodism :
