I delivered a baby on 26th August 2021during my preganacy i got recurrent urinary tract infection almost 5 times and had antibiotics also

Treatment of hematuria:
Urinary pain can be a symptom of many different causes, so treatment depends on the cause and may include conservative management by drinking good amount of water daily, and avoiding salts to treat infections and salts, and you may need good antibiotic as levofloxacin 750 mg once daily to treat infection, and you may need surgical intervention as removal
of renal stones
Dignosis of the cause of hematuria:
It depends on the clinical examination of an urologist and investigations as urine analysis and culture to detect infection and its type, and renal function tests ( urea, creatinine ), and radiological studies for genitourinary system
Causes of hematuria:
It may be due to:
- Urinary tract infection
- Renal stones
What i advise you?
In addition to taking medications, you have to drink good amount of water daily and avoid salts.
