How to treat : 
You must take jamisson multivatmin at least 2 tabs earlh morning and take gensik once daily which strong your memory and you must exclude out brain tissue atrophy which need donepizol twice daily and I advice you to sleep at least 6 continous hours at night daily morning exercise 
Causes:
  • Old age 
  • Brain infarction 
  • Brain atrophy 
  • Alcohol 
  • Addiction 
  • Stress 
  • CNS disease 

Investigation : 
 Well you must do brain CT scan and vaitmins level ,CBC too
