Hi. My name is Rana and I had done B.Pharma (regular) from Jamia Humdard University, Delhi India in 2004. post that I did my MBA in Marketing from National Institute of Management (NIM, Mumbai) - this was a correspondence course. I have worked only for one company in my entire career and that was just for 6 months. thereafter I did business but looking at the current market situation, I want to discontinue doing business, enter a good MNC and switch to a permanent job. I am almost 39 now and I don't know how and where to begin. Although I have 15+ yrs of experience in marketing in my own business line and freelancing event management experience, I am not able to find myself a suitable job in the relevant field in Dubai. Could you guide me as to what I should do to make my resume stand out from the crowd or is there any certification or course I could do from a reputed college or university that can also get me a job and which companies I should apply?  I lack corporate exposure and hence seek your advice.
