I have been having stomach/digestion problems for...
I have been having stomach/digestion problems for the last 6 years, relating to certain foods whenever i eat them.
I have done my own self analysis and realized whenever I eat any food that contain wheat, or high sugar content, I tend to have the stomach discomforts.
is there a diet/meal guide plan you can advocate that would be best suited for me to adopt to and which will help me substitute foods containing wheat and high sugar content?
