I had a very rare experience yesterday as I go a very knee pain after I woke up getting back from work, and it has never happened to me before. I want to know why it happened, what could have caused it?

What is the trestment
Knee pain is one of the common symptomes that occure due to various inflammatory causes and could be treated using Diclofen 50 mg tab twice day and use topical cream Piroxicam gel twice daily to releive pain , consult an orthopedic surgeon for follow up.
Investigations
After proper physical exam CBc should be done to look for infection , inflammatory markers ESR, CRP to look for inflammation and uric acid to look for gout in addition to knee MRI to look for joint damage.
