Hi... please how do i clear the rashes on my vaginal and black spot on it.. I've tried a lot of antifungal vaginal creams but it is still not cleared.. please what can i use to treat, clear and stop the rashes?

How to treat vaginal infection?
Well, vaginal infection is a common problem among women and it's treated by Fluconazole 100 mg once for fungal infection and with metronidazole 500mg twice daily for one week for bacterial infection. Additionally, you can use betamethasone cream three times per day for itching. Furthermore, it's advised to wear a cotton underwear and to keep the vaginal area clean and dry.
Diagnosis:
By history and simple physical examinations. If it's uncertain, sample from the secretions might be taking to be examined under the microscope.
