Treatment of yellow discharge and itching
It is common symptoms due to vaginal infection and inflammation at most cases. Firstly, keep your area clean and dry. Avoid itching by your hands. Apply mikonazole cream twice daily for days in addition to gynedektazole supp. once daily for five days. You can use flagyle 500 mg twice daily for one wk.
Investigations to do
You can do urine analysis to exclude utis. US for uterus and ovaries.
Symptoms of vaginal inflammation
There are many symptoms like
- Lower abdominal pain
- Back pain
- Vaginal discharge
- vaginal itching
