What is the treatment?
Rest and apply Hot compressor at site of pain for 15-20 minutes three times per day can releive the pain with Non-steroidal anti0inflammatory drugs such as Ibuprofen according to your doctor prescribition with Diclophene Gel three time per day . In other cases :
- Epidural corticosteroids injection
- Physical therapy
- Weight control
- Surgical producer
