Hello sir.i have the inspection problem in my leg.becouse 1 year ago I will operation of my leg.so now I need the medicine for my control of inspection.can you tell me which medicine is best for me.

Treatment of leg infection:
The best tablet for infection is determined after taking a culture to identify the organism and drug sensitivity, and after taking the culture you can start with the following medication:
- Levofloxacin 750 mg once daily
- And you may need surgical debridment of infection
Symptoms of leg infection:
- Pain
- Redness
- Swelling
- Fever
- Pus discharge
- Bad smell
Diagnosis of leg infection:
IT depends on the clinical examination of an orthopedist and investigations as:
- CBC
- ESR
- CRP
- Leg x-ray and CT scan to rule out osteomylitis
- Biopsy and culture
