how to treat PCOS disease ?

1. metformine 850 once daily 
2.spirnolactone once daily but it cause urination.
3.yasmin once daily except at peroid time 
4.cystomed twice daily 
5.ovarian drill by uretroscope if above mentioned drugs not treat the symptoms 

How to get conceive with PCOS disease ?

1.provera once daily for 5 days till peroid will come 
2.clomed for 5 days 3 times daily 
3.then after there is foolicules above 18 mm you take GNRH injection 
4.vitalife vaitmin twice daily 
5.folic acid 5 mg once daily 

What are the investigation ?

1.pelvic ultrasound 
2.hormonal level fsh:lh ratio it should be below 4 
3.ovariaan test at day 14 fron the beginning of period time

What we advice you ?

try to use IVF if there still no labour e ?
