What is the normal range of blood pressure :
- normal range is : 110 - 130 / 70 - 90
- the ideal range is : 120 - 80 
How to tell if you have high blood pressure and you dont have the machine to check it ( high blood pressure symptoms )  ?
1. headache 
2. face reddness 
3. general weakness
4. chest pain or breathing diffeculties 
5. in severe case , you may have : vision diffeculties , confusion 
What to do to make sure if you got high blood pressure or not ( hypertension ) :
1. take a reading for your blood pressure daily for the next 14 days and see if its still that high 
2. you are cosidered as a pre-hypertension patient if your BP is around 125/85 on regular basis
3. you are condiered as a hypertension patient if your BP is over 130/90 on regular basis 
4. you may take aspirin if you have symptoms of high blood pressure such as headache 
5. after getting the readings for 14 days , consult a internist doctor and show the results then doctor will decide your treatment pathway 
How to control blood pressure naturally :
1. avoid smoking or excessive alcohol 
2. avoid stress or over-loading activites 
3. stick to a regular diet and health one 
4. loss weight if you are over-weight
5. exercise in a mild range such as 3 - 4 times / week
6. avoid the medication which cause high blood pressure 
7. if you have any underlying medical disease , treat it and stick to your doctor instructions
