I have this brown colored stool with green mucus on it. I dont know what’s is it. It pains me during defecation. It always feels incomplete defecation.

what is the treatment
anti amobic drug like flagyl 500mg 1x3
antibiotics like suprax 400mg 1x1
panadol advanced 2x3 if you have pain or fever
drink to much water
avoid row food and contaminated food
wash the vegeitabiles and fruits before eat
what is the cause of dark mucus stool
amobic intestinal infection

what is the investiagion we need to do
physical examination

Green mucus secretion with stool mean that there is infection you should do stool analysis and culture to know if it is fungal infection which treated by Flagyl 3 times or bacterial which treated by ciprofloxacin 500 2 times daily
And if there is only mucus without infection you should do lower endoscopy to check your colon wall to rule out anal fissure or inflammatory bowels disease or polyps
