Pay attention to personal hygiene and washing well
Use a miconazole ointment on the entire infected lesion plus 2 cm around,  twice a day for two weeks
 antifungal lotion you can use Sertaconazole
In the case of a breakthrough of the skin by fungi can be used oral flucan treatment 150 mg once a week for a month

What is Dandruff?
Dandruff is a condition of the scalp that causes flakes of skin to appearand ,its is a common condition, which is marked by itching.
The following are factors that may contribute to dandruff:
1) Not enough hair brushing

In general, daily cleansing with a gentle shampoo to reduce oiliness and skin cell buildup can often help mild dandruff.
Dandruff shampoos are classified according to the medication they contain:
    Pyrithione zinc shampoos (such as Head & Shoulders, Jason Dandruff Relief 2 in 1). These contain the antibacterial and antifungal agent zinc pyrithione. This type of shampoo can reduce the fungus on your scalp that can cause dandruff and seborrheic dermatitis.
    Tar-based shampoos (such as Neutrogena T/Gel). Coal tar, a byproduct of the coal manufacturing process, helps conditions such as dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis and psoriasis. It slows how quickly skin cells on your scalp die and flake off. If you have light-colored hair, this type of shampoo may cause discoloration.
    Ketoconazole shampoos. Ketoconazole is a broad-spectrum antifungal agent that may work when other shampoos fail. It's available over-the-counter as well as by prescription.
if these shampoos failed to mange your case , then we can use a steroid creams to get rid of the dandruff
