What are the causes for 10 months cough ?
1.allergic bronchities
2.inflamtory bronchitis from
-viral infection
-or bacterial infection
which came with fever and sore throat
How to treat it ?
1.sinecod syrup 3 times 3 ml
2.cofex syrup 3 times
3.cetrazine syrup 5 ml at night
4.brufen syr 3 times daily
5.if there is bacterial infection you must take antibiotic as azithromycin once daily or clarithromycin as klacid
6.if there is mucus secretion you must take mucosolvant 3 times daily
7.in resistive case it need pulmicort inhalor if it's accompiled by difficualt breathing

1.chest x ray
2.chest ct
3.tempreture measurments
4.pediatric doctor examination
