what type of medicine to use that can cure scrotum manhood swelling in one side?

not yet it as been there for some years back now I ready to use medicine for cure

yes I did test resently am perfectly ok only the scrotum swelling but I didn't tell the doctor

what are te scrotal swelling causes ?
- varicocele
- hydrocele
- testicular trauma leading to hematoma
what are the tretment of each cause ?
- varicocele is when the veins around the scrotum are dialated and causing an spermatoic cord compression and it can cause swelin and pain and it should be treated by a scrotal binder and surgical way by ligation tof the swallen vein
- hydroceleis when there is a water sac present above the testicle as a birth defect and its also calls for surgical removal
- testicular hematoma is when the smale veineoles in the testicle ruptured due to an external force ( sometimes it can be a main vein or aretry which calls for surgery and it usually involves a testicular degeneration )
signs and symptoms ?
- varicocele signs is when you feel a lumps above the testicles ( usually the left side and it causes a mild to moderate pain in the testicle )
- hydrocele is when you fell a lump that appears and disappears by motion and it sometimes it can causes a minimal sence of heaviness
- hematoma is an emergency and when you feel post traumatic pain
