1.snuffing nose
2.upper resipratory tract infection and common cold 

How to treat this ?

1.otrivin nasal spray 4 times 
2.panadol cold and flu 3 times daily 
3.clarinase tab twice daily 
5.for shivering you must take cataflam 
6.if there is bacterial infection an high grade fever you must take antibiotic as zithromycin once daily for 3 days 

What are the investigations?

1.CBC 
2.tepmreture measurements
3.chest exam
