if there is bleeding before your basicaly time can rule out pregnancy and it may represent menstrual irregularity or early abortion for implantation to make sure you must do 
1.bhcg on home test and laboratory results to see if it doubled within 2-3 days 
2.pelvic ultasound to see if there is gestational sac

3.hyperthyrodism 

4.ovarian cysts 

5.endometriosis

as general there mild disturbance of menstrual period occur and it's normal but if it progess in irregualrity for more than 3 months you must seek medical advice for prescreption 

1.get enough time to relax 

2.carbimazole for hyperthyrodism 

3.ovarian drills or cystomed drug for cyst 

4.danzol twice daily 

5.antibitic if there is signs for inflamatry process
