Hello Doctor, I have a situation where my pennis...
Hello Doctor, I have a situation where my pennis is covered with its skin partly. I was born this way and my parents didn’t notice this it is clearly seen that it is attached with the top part firmly. Now I am 34 years old and I feel the necessary of keeping your private part clean but since it is attached, it makes very difficult to clean. Also I feel my pennies size is smaller and have impression that due to the fact that it got attached , this prevented the growth of pennis. Kindly guide me - is it going to be a major operation or minor,if I wish to cut off the skin that is attached. Also, any way possible to enlarge pennis??? How much does it cost and best clinic to visit to solve this problem.
