if you want to make test for adrenal glands hormon just stop the 2 previous drugs triplixam and nebilet with new one doxazocin as prescrebied 4mg at morning and 2mg at night but there maybe increased in blood pressure reading and after make adrenal glands you must titrate your dose again 

What is the composition for each one ?

1.doxazocin it's a selective antognize alpha one adrenergic receptor used for moderate increased in blood pressure and beile prostatic hyperplasia 
2.triplixam it's comsed from 3 drugs ACEI  as prindopril and calcium channel blocker as amlodipine and diuretic as indapmide it's considered as strong one but cause lw potasium level 
3.nebilet is a beta blocker if there is insomnia or sexual disturbance we advice t stop it at all
