1. according to viral load in the blood and this determined by measuring HBV E Antigen that represents the DNA of the viral infection
2. in case of low count of E antigen you might get no symptoms although you are infected with the viral and you might infect the people in close contact with you
3. in case of high count
4. you might get fever
5. right upper quadrant pain
6. jaundice
7. weight loss
8. night sweat
9. and liver failure

what is the treatment of hepatitis B

1. conservative measures , as isolation , stop smoking or alcohol , and avoid harmful drugs as NSAIDs
2. take the vaccine for HBV
3. antiviral drugs  boceprevir and talepriver
4. in case of sever disease lead to liver cirhosis and failure the patient might need a new liver by transplant

how does the hepatitis B transmitted

1. sexual contact wither it is normal , oral , or anal
2. get infeted blood as use a blade from an infected person or recieving blood unit from an infected donor
3. could be transmitted from the pregnant mother to her fetus

what are the way to diagnose the HBV and its viral load to assume its severity

1. clinical exam
2. serology test as HBV S antigen and HBS antibody
3. anti HBV E antigent and antibody
4. liver function test
