I was diagnosed with glaucoma about 8 months back. Doctors did first my cataract surgery and then fixedtrifocal

I'm using Simbrenza twice a day and timolet once a day..but I dont feel comfortable ..my eyes are usually heavy..speci9left one

I feel a thin layer I. Front of my left eye...some other doctors say that left lens is not fixed properly...can I do anything about this now

Glaucoma is a group of eye diseases which result in damage to the optic nerve and cause vision loss and dcresead vision The most common type is open angle glucoma with less common types including closed-angle glaucoma
What we advice you ?
1.continue on prescribed eye drops and will relief over time 2.left lens need another surgical fixation and if there is still uncomfortable sensation it need lens transplant
What are the signs and symptoms ?
1.Open-angle glaucoma dont cause pain mostly and does not have acute attacks.
2. gradually progressivevisual field loss
3. and optic nerve changes
4.acute angle closure characterized by sudden ocular pain,
5.seeing halos around lights,
6.red eye,
7.very high intraocular pressure (>30 mmhg),
8.nausea and vomiting,
9.suddenly decreased vision, and a fixed, mid-dilated pupil
10.its an emergency case
How to treat this ?
1.prostaglandin analogue , such as bimatopost and travoprost
2.alpha 2 adronergic agoinist , such as brimonidine
3.epinephrine which decrease aqueous humor production through vasoconstriction of ciliary body blood vessels
4.miotic agent , such as pilocarpine , work by contraction of the ciliary muscle ,
5.carbonic anhydrase inhibtr , such as acetzolamide
6.by laser Argon laser trabeculoplasty (ALT) may be used to treat open-angle glaucoma
7.Both laser and conventional surgeries are performed to treat glaucoma
