What is the treatment of testicular pain

2. Take analgesics such as arcoxia

3. Antibiotics in cases of inflammation of the epididymis such as ciprofloxacin or doxycyclin or ceftriaxone

4. Surgery in the case of testicular torsion  for detorsion
