4. usually alopecia treatment starts with topical medication such as Clobetasol or Fluocinonide ( topical steroids )
5. if the effects area didnt response to topical medications , doctor may prescribe a topical steriods injection only injection in the effects area 
6. if the above medication didnt work , doctor will prescribe biological medications such as :
- imiquimod 
- Tofacitinib citrate
