by mri foud l4 and l5 has compressed the nerve so...
by mri foud l4 and l5 has compressed the nerve so i was not able to stand and walk.neuoro surgen; he advised for surgery but i started taking therepy and exercise. after taking 15 session therepy the problem is 80% over. now i can walk and there is no numbness and pain in my back or rh leg. can i continue this .will it cure me totally in future; please suggest me.
