How to treat this ?
as general there mild disturbance of menstrual period occur and it's normal but if it progess in irregualrity for more than 3 months you must seek medical advice for prescreption such as use of duphaston for 5 days 3 tablet each day and after stopping it period will come in 3 days
1.get enough time to relax
2.carbimazole for hyperthyrodism
3.ovarian drills or cystomed drug for cyst
4.danzol twice daily
5.antibitic if there is signs for inflamatry process

2.TSH
3.eostrogen progestron level
4.pelvic ultrasound
