-or bacterial infection 
which came with fever and sore throat

1.liblab syrup 3 times 3 ml 
2.cofex syrup 3 times 
3.cetrazine syrup 5 ml at night 
4.finallerg syrup 
5.if there is bacterial infection you must take antibiotic as azithromycin once daily 
6.if there is mucus secretion you must take mucosolvant 3 times daily 
7.in resistive case it need pulmicort inhalor 

What are the investigation ?
