Treatment of ear pain:

It depends on the cause, as it may include:

• Antibiotic as augmentin 500 mg three times daily for infection nad gentamycin ear drops twice daily
• Surgical intervention to aspirate fluid from ear

Causes of ear pain:

It may be due to:
Infection which associated with pain, feve, headache, vertigo
Fluid collection which associated with pain, vertigo, headache

Diagnosis of the cause of ear pain:

You have to visit ENT doctor for clinical examination and investigations as:

• CBC to detect infection
• Ear radiological study

What i advise you?

Till the right diagnosis you can use cataflam 50 mg twice daily to relieve pain.
