I had sex last year in end of december with a stranger using a condom ..I noticed at the starting of month 2 some white lesions appeared on my penis...I went to the doctor and he gave me salicylic acid to remove it...I also did hiv test one month and 10 days after sex...I also did other tests for chlaymedia , herpes , syphilis, hepatitis b and also did another test for hiv after 3 months...all the tests came back negative but I still experience symptoms such as sore throat and morning inflammation....I have no discharge and no rash and my weight is the same ....I have done all other tests from vitamin b-12 to thyroid and diabetes.....the only thing found was a little deficiency in vitamin d , what could be causing my night sore throat and morning inflammation and some times night sweats ? Is it related to a std or something else ?
