Hey, So I was playing on monkey bars and doing a move that affected my left shoulder.... I felt pain and little bit of torn in it but it wasn't fully dislocated (I know so cuz my right shoulder got dislocated more than 10 times), so I waited for long for it to heal back like my right shoulder but it's still not back to normal and I noticed that there is some limitations for its movement so.... What's the problem here exactly? It moved a little out of the cavity and needs to be put back?..... Thanks in advance :)
