I want to ask for second opinion. I had multiple sex experience already. But this is the first i felt with my current boyfriend. We are 1 month together. And since we are new, we are eager to have sex it’s like everyday. But now, for the last two days m, after sex, i bleed if i urinate and slightly painful. Fresh red blood. Then after a couple of minutes pain in my lower abdomen feels like dysmenorrhea. Then after 3hrs, when i pee there’s no blood in my urine but i feel pain in my lower abdomen from time to time

1. drink plenty of water ( more than 3 liter a day
2. avoid high protien food
3. drink and eat food that have vitamin C
