2.by medication as levadopa ,by comt inhibitor as tolcoapone and dopamine agoinst as cabergoline or by MAO inhibitor as saligeline 
3.surgery for thalmus and sabstania negra 
4.for hip fracture must take a complete rest for at least 5 weeks without moving
5.fluoxtine once daily for psychological symptms
