My period is irregular from one month and it cannot stop what I do for stop bleeding

Can I ask doctor my periods end on 16 June and now on 26 June start again what can I do can u tell me the reason of this? Doctors recommended the tablet take for 10 days twice daily and it’s finish now what can I do for this . This problem stars from the four months after my delivery please help me
