Treatment of hip bursitis:

Treatment may include:

• Conservative management by avoiding activity that increase pain
• Medications as NSAID  ( cataflam 50 mg twice daily, ibuprofen 600 mg twice daily...etc )
• Physical therapy to increase hip strength and flexibility
• Steroid injection that may provide temporary (months) or permanent relief.
• Surgical intervention if bursa remains inflamed and painful after all nonsurgical treatments have been tried

Symptoms of hip bursitis:

• Pain at hip joint
• pain usually extends to the outside of the thigh area
• pain is worse at night
• pain increase when lying on the affected hip
• pain increase when getting up from a chair after being seated for a while
• Pain increase with with prolonged walking, stair climbing, or squatting

Risk factor of hip spica:

• Hip injury
• Spinal disease
• Repetitive stress (overuse) injury.
• Leg-length inequality
• Rheumatoid arthritis
• Bone spurs or calcium deposits.

What i advise you?

You have to visit an orthopedist for clinical examination and confirmation of diagnosis and treatment.
And you can use the following treatment:

• Celecoxib 200 mg once daily for 10 days
