brain tumors has multiple types shape and come in diffrent place some of them intraparenchymal others extraxial and others supra and infratentorial well in general we devide it to benile and malignant 

How to treat it ?

1.if it's benile then we keep it under observation and to see if there is symtoms appear as convulsion headache vomiting loss of conscious then we remove bu intracranial surgical excision 
2.if it's malignant we treat it by surgival excision if patient still stable 
3.if it's spreed to other site we must use chemothearpy and radiotherapy 
4.anticonvulsions drugs as tegretol
5.pain killer as peythidine
6.palliative therapy as tramadol

1.brain mri with contast 
2.brain CT with contrast 
3.CSF analysies
