Hello am an African lady I have this skin issue my face has rashes last month I visited a pharmacist and gave me bipathen and optimal cream my face now is peeling is it right if I use a moisturizer and sunscreen and which one is best

Yes I personally visited a pharmacist saw my face and recommended the two creams.she also recommended one known as fair and white but I didn't take it coz am afraid it might bleach m and cause more acne breakout in future

Just my face and it's too oily..bt since I began using those two cream a times it dries and become itchy
