if you mean during pregnancy to have antidepreesive drugs yes it can affect child growth well not all of them such as prozac considered safe or category B but in general we don't courage to use any of them 
but for paternal dialysis history it will not affect baby growth

1.pelvic ultrasuond and for baby 
2.amniotic fluied ratio 
3.look for dilated ventricle 
4.look for abdominal growth rate
