Hello doctor i am sick with duodenal ulcer for 1...
Hello doctor i am sick with duodenal ulcer for 1 week now it healed but relapse now . I have tried three different h.pylori eradication and it failed. I am in UAE now and my ulcer is large and several times before have bled what did you recommend in UAE?

Treatment of duodenal ulcer and H.pylori infection:
You can use the following treatment:
- Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily for 1 month
- Augmentin 500 mg three times daily for 2 weeks
- Flagyl 500 mg three times daily for 2 weeks
Symptoms of duodenal ulcer and H.pylori infection:
- Abdominal pain
- Nausea
- Vomitting
- Loss of appetite
- Weight loss
- Vomitting blood
- Dark stool
