Treatment of chest muscle spasm:

You can use the following treatment:

• Paracetamol 1 gm tiwce daily
• Muscle relaxant as relaxon twice daily
• Diclofene gel twice daily

Symptoms of chest muscle spasm:

• Pain
• Dyspnea
• Pain increase with breathing
• Pain increase with movement

Diagnosis of chest muscle spasm

You have to visit a pulmonologist for clinical examination and investigations as:

• Chest x-ray
• CBC to rule out infection
• ECG
