is it's normal to bleed after myomectomy ?

yes and it's normally to have some mild bleeding may progress for 48 hours but if ther is significant amount or still bleed for more than 2 days you must seek medical advice 

What are the investigatin to do ?

1.pelvic and uterine ultrasound 
2.CBC iron profile 
3.gyna doctor consultation 

is 10.1 heamoglobin normal ?

no it must be at least 12 and it may came from vaginal bleeding 

How to treat ?

1.packed rbc transfer 
2.ferroglobin once daily 
3.ferrous injection 
4.dilatation and curettage for continus bleeding
