Why did the skin rip off after you have used the methods ?
changes in temprature in such a way may cause skin irrtation or other symptoms such as skin peeling 
Is your medical condition serious ?

How to get rid of a hickey ?
if there is no hurry , we suggest not to use any method as hickeys tend to dissappear by it self in few days 
- if not , we suggest the following :
1. using ice comprass ( without using hot compress ) 2 times a day
2. have plenty of vitamin C food and drinks 
3. apply alovera oil topically
