Treatment of bad vaginal smell:

You can use the following treatment:

• Flagyl 500 mg three times daily
• Dektazole vaginal suppository once daily before sleep for 3 days
• Cefuroxime 500 mg twice daily for 5 days
• Miconazole cream twice daily

Cause of vaginal bad smell:

It is usually associated with vaginal infection that may be due to:

• Bacterial infection associated with green-yellow discharge, burning, itching
• Fungal infection associated with white discharge, itching, burining

What i advise you?

In addition to taking medications, you have to drink good amount of water and avoid salts.
