Doctor's Assistant: Have you seen a doctor about this yet? What medications are you taking?
I need to contact dentist. I am undergoing root canal treatment of one of my tooth. It is mulitple session therapy. Problem is after root canal (not filling yet) I have continues pain in my teeth. I had done 7 sessions with dentist and root canal is completed. Now it is 3rd day, I am still having mild pain in my teeth.
Doctor's Assistant: Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?
This teeth already had a root canal treatment 4 years back

- incompleate removal of the nerve

- the healing process may take up to 2 weeks at max

- the doctor may prescribe for you painkillers such as diclofen
- apply cold compressors over the paifull area
- apply pappermint oil over hte painful area

- if pain isnt affected using the painkiller
