Treatment of facial pimples:

You can use the following treatment:

• Tetracycline 500 mg twice daily for 10 days
• Fucidine cream twice daily

Symptoms of facial pimples:

• Pain
• Redness
• Swelling
• Irritation
• Pus discharge

Cause of facial pimples:

It is usually associated with acne vulgaris that may appear due to:

• Herediray causes
• Stress
• Eating too much salts
• Contamination from infected one...etc
