safe NSAIDs during pregnancy :
1. ibuprofen 
2. paracetamol 
NSAIDs side effects :
1. stomach pain 
2. nausea
3. general weakness
4. allergic reaction
5. vomiting 
6. heartburn 
7. dizziness
safe does of NSAIDs :
* 1 or 2 pills per dose 
* 3 or 4 pills per day ( dose every 4 - 6 hours
