its an anti-histamine contain the generic name : Promethazine which is used to treat hypersensititvy and allergi reactions 
The side effects of histaloc :

Can you use histaloc for 2 months old baby ?
You cant use it for 2 months old baby , and this medication cant be used for childer under 2 years
