1.allergy and non allergic rhinities

4.hypertension 
5.use of blood thinning medication such as aspirin or palvix 
6.alcohol abuse 

What are the treatments ?

1.decozal nasal spray 
2.cetrazine tab daily 
3.pseudeoephdrine tab daily 
4.augmanten 625 for infection 
5.adrenaline drops in severe bleeding 
6.treat hypertension by using of concor 5 mg daily on hypetertension you must not use adrenaline drops as it increase it 
7.stop blood thining medicatin 
8.avoid alcohol
