 the treatment depends on the cause. You should visit the obstetrician and gynecologist to make a full assessment of your condition , you can take naproxen 500mg and I also recommend using clindex vaginal cream once a day for a week and gynodaktazole vaginal ovules once daily for 3 days.
take metronidazole 500mg twice daily for 5 days
It is recommended to perform a urine analysis and in the case of an antibiotic use antibiotic such as rizacef400mg once daily for a week
